Before you ask.
What is included for $299 + HST?
A 90-minute session with three 4K cameras, three angles, raw footage from each camera, one guest, and your choice of available room and setup. Editing is not included.
Do I need a membership?
No. The $299 + HST session requires no membership or ongoing commitment.
What files do I receive?
You receive the raw footage from each of the three 4K cameras, giving you three angles of your full session.
Is editing included?
No. You or your editor work from the raw files. Finished clips are not included in the session price.
Which room should I choose?
Choose The Den for a warm, produced look or The Gallery for a brighter, editorial feel. We can help you choose when we follow up.
Can I record vertical content?
Yes. Sessions can be framed landscape (16:9) or portrait (9:16). Portrait framing suits Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. One guest is included in the session.
Can I tour before booking?
Yes. Choose "Tour First" in the request form and we will arrange a visit instead.
Is my request a confirmed booking?
No. We follow up to arrange the details. Your session is confirmed only after the booking is completed with the team.
Where is the studio?
The Creator Lounge is at 136 Church Street in downtown Oakville. The studio is open Monday through Sunday from 8 AM to 9 PM.
