1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website thecreatorlounge.ca (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site. The Creator Lounge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services

The Creator Lounge provides podcast studio rental, boardroom rental, private office rental, membership services, and related amenities at our location at 136 Church Street, Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Specific terms related to studio use, memberships, and day passes are governed by separate agreements provided at the time of booking or signup.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

• Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise specified
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes

4. Membership Terms

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled. Members agree to the terms of the separate Membership Agreement provided at signup. Membership benefits, including studio time, lounge access, and referral rewards, are subject to the terms outlined in that agreement and on our Pricing page.

5. Use of the Space

When using The Creator Lounge facilities, you agree to:

• Treat all equipment, furniture, and spaces with care
• Respect other members and guests
• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions
• Leave the space in the condition you found it

You are responsible for any damage to equipment or property caused by you or your guests during your session.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of The Creator Lounge or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

7. Content Ownership

Any content you create while using our studios (podcasts, videos, recordings, etc.) remains your intellectual property. The Creator Lounge claims no ownership over content produced in our facilities. However, we may request permission to use photos or clips from your sessions for promotional purposes, which you may decline.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Creator Lounge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Creator Lounge, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
